Day 2 - Dinaric Alps (Part I)
Deep canyons, crystal-clear streams, alpine meadows, high altitude woodlands, steep valleys, gorges and green mountain lakes characterize this area - these are the majestic Dinaric Alps, one of Europe's most unexplored mountain ranges where nature is still mostly preserved and intact.
The long chain of the Dinaric Alps, stretches from northwest Croatia through the heart of Bosnia and Herzegovina and into Montenegro, finishing on the Albanian border. Herzegovina and eastern Bosnia host the highest and wildest of this mountain range.
